Allows jail staff to message individual inmates, specific dorms, multiple inmates, or even the entire jail. Allows you to see when inmates read and respond to messages all from your own workstation.
MAIL SCANNING
Delivering inmate mail is extremely efficient with our mail scanning feature. Scan mail into the MACS software so that inmates may view their mail on the kiosks at any time they are allowed to.
Emessaging
Allows family members to contact inmates through the kiosks. The facility has total control of who the inmates contact, whether messages are approved, and can see when inmates contact someone.
