INMATE PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS PRIVACY POLICY
McDaniel Supply Company, Inc. contracts with local, county and state law enforcement agencies to provide commissary services. As part of the commissary services provided to the facilities we allow inmates families and friends to utilize our website and kiosk equipment to deposit funds on an inmate’s account. In order to provide this service we must collect information from the user/depositor.
By using our website or kiosk equipment you are authorizing us to capture your information. The information collected during this service is shared with law enforcement by request and any third party we may use for authorization purposes. At no time does McDaniel Supply Company, Inc sell your information for cross marketing purposes. The information captured during the deposit transactions are including but not limited to as follows:
The depositor’s name, billing address, credit card information for authorization purposes, email address, ip address of the machine where the deposit is made and should a kiosk be used a picture is taken of the person making the deposit. The transaction on your credit card statement will read “McDaniel Supply Company” and not the name of the facility your friend or loved one is incarcerated.
McDaniel Supply Company, Inc does use “cookies” from your computer’s hard drive in order to better serve you on our website.
Our policy may change and the date of the Privacy Policy will be reflective of the change. We ask for you to periodically review our policy statement for changes in order to become familiar with our most current policy.
By utilizing our site you are agreeing to hereby release and covenant not to sue McDaniel Supply Company, Inc, its affiliates, and any participating government facility for any civil claim or criminal complaint for interception, maintaining or recording of your personal information, image or other identifiable information including without limitation, any state or federal wiretap, eavesdropping, stored communications, or invasion of privacy status.
McDaniel Supply Company reserves the right to disclose any information contained in our access logs concerning any user (family member/or friend) as we feel is necessary to protect our system or business. In particular any user (family member/or friend) in violation of our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy who initiates or participates in or is suspected of any illegal activity, even without a subpoena, warrant or other court order. Information will be released to governing bodies as otherwise required by law.

In consideration for the use of McDaniel Supply Company, Inc. services you agree to pay McDaniel Supply Company, Inc. a fee for each payment at the applicable rate in effect at the time of the deposit. All Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore any payment you make you are agreeing for your credit card to be charged the total amount of the deposit including payment and fees.
